I came across this company after they announced this very large financing. Is this for real? I want to be excited but not certain yet...

£37m market cap for uncertified rockdust with fertiliser characteristics, seems a bit high to me. I can see this falling to 10p in the near term, with still a very respectable £18m market cap. Just my opinions though - ATB

For what it's worth, I opened another short position - 52m shares arrive on Friday, on top of the existing 130m. ATB

Fwiw the placing was heavily oversubscribed. They were looking to take a lot less than what they raised but given the sheer weight of orders they decided to bump it up. That way the institutions they wanted to come on board didn't get scaled back massively and left with a position size that wasn't meaningful. I took part. Engaged with management. They came across pretty well. The obvious questions brought up re demand for product and scaling up. Happy enough with management's answers on both points. They were not given a free ride on this point as the bearish posters on here might assume.
