17/4/2018 18:15 | First up Brazilian law. I see Chip has been about he may know As below ii Additional licences and permits necessary for mineral activities Mining companies basically need three types of permit to mine: a a mining right granted by the National Department of Mineral Production or Ministry of Mines and Energy; b environmental licences and other environmental permits (deforestation licences, licences to intervene in the Atlantic Forest, licences to intervene in natural caves etc.); and c consent of the municipality, which will evaluate the compliance of the mineral activity with the municipal legislation. only Brazilians or companies founded in accordance with Brazilian laws, with headquarters and management in Brazil, can mine; The Mining Code does allow assignment of mining rights, and this is a common procedure in Brazil; however, rights can only be assigned to those with the legal and economic capacity to acquire these rights. Only Brazilian individuals (or naturalised citizens) or legal entities founded under Brazilian law, with headquarters and management in Brazil, can hold mining rights. Just chucking those in as obviously they stand out in the first bit of reading. How does HMI fit with those parts or is it the wrong section I'm looking at. | superg1
17/4/2018 17:49 | Someone asked me to have a look at this... Yawn First up on a video an and an Aussie type accent came up (oh no) then I see ex ASX (oh no again) A hole in the ground in far off Brazil, the best out here you know (Not heard that before). Seriously guys any decent comments whether this is a runner or not. Such companies like this have have me ignoring them entirely but I promised to have a good look. Any idea how much it would cost to get the mine up and running. | superg1
13/4/2018 19:12 | They should make a video aimed at actual customers of the dust, with some sort of local telephone number, or a website where grass farmers can order dust direct | kreature
13/4/2018 10:08 | So is anyone working at the mine site these days ? | kreature
12/4/2018 19:52 | I'm optimistic for future slow release grass sales, which probably don't need MAPA cert. | kreature
12/4/2018 18:39 | Haha bit of a rise and YP/Kreature are straight on here panicking about the short.... embarrassing | brooko19
12/4/2018 17:44 | Are we still waiting for last year's MAPA cert here ? | kreature

02/4/2018 22:07 | I don’t think there’ll be a site visit this week. If not it’ll be earliest mid May before we get approval. That’s the reality. What will the share price do? Will it drift on no news?? I don’t think so, maybe 5 percent maybe 10 but nothing serious. Will it build in anticipation? I doubt it. Most of the buyers of shares willing to hold the risk are already in. So ithink we are now in a waiting game. The certification is almost priced in but the sales that will follow certainly are not. I predict a Christmas share price based on 250ktpa and a p:e of 6 giving 100% rise fromn here. That’s highly conservative and there’s negligible risk | harvestminerals
02/4/2018 15:47 | and here we have a brilliantly simple machine which perhaps could be utilised at the mine below the surface to extract the dust at surface ? Just a thought inspired by the quisad post on lse.... | kreature

01/4/2018 10:57 | I wouldn't mind betting that the dust has been used to fix the track between the rom pad and the picnic area to the north. The track looks partly grey to me. the landowner must be delighted with all this. A beautifully graded rom pad with drainage and storage shed, and some sort of entrance gate perhaps, the road improvement to the picnic area? All the landowner needs now is for farmers not to buy dust, and he probably gets his land back with hundreds of thousands of Reais worth of work done for nothing, IMO | kreature
31/3/2018 21:01 | you guys should check out the last post from quisad on LSE. Classic | kreature |
