…..’by complete coincidence the same name as a founder member, director and geologist at GE21.’
Oh ffs …..can’t they find any independent actors. Or at least change the names a bit ?
Sometimes I feel like these deals a purely for moving money around. |
I'm not.
I do like a chuckle at 7am though. |
'Why would PVW need employees ?'
Possibly no need!
Extract from PVW recent announcement of the proposed acquisition of the 'Scanty REE project' across Brasil:
'Brazil exploration and mining consultants, Bernado Horta de Cerquiera Viana and Mario Conrado Reinhardt, from Future Mining (a company incorporated in Brazil) acquired the tenements on behalf of Scanty, the holder of these tenements, now partnering with PVW for an integral part of this strategic acquisition.'
Future Mining S/A, a partner in Scanty Mineracao Ltda, has only two listed directors.
MARIO CONRADO REINHARDT - most probably the same Mario Conrado Reinhardt noted in the PVW announcement and by complete coincidence the same name as a founder member, director and geologist at GE21.
and ALOYSIO ANTONIO PEIXOTO DE CARVALHO - who by another coincidence has the same name as the Vice Chairman of IBRAM Mineracao do Brasil.
It does make me wonder if Bernado Horta de Cerquiera Viana noted in the Scanty announcement is actually the same the CEO Director and geologist at GE21.

Why would PVW need employees ? Surely all the work can be outsourced to the local Brazilian university or local geological companies. might even be able to outsource the work to the FFA geologist ? |
From PVW Annual Report (20-09-2024):
'Employees The Group had no employees at 30 June 2024 (2023: six)'
Looks very much like another Harvest/Triumph Tin operation.

Hoping the LSE brigade aren't frothing at the mouth about this game changing opportunity. PVW have a total of 6 employees and a market cap of AUS $2.6m Their share price is down 70% this year so you can see why Brian is a big fan of them. JAN down 19% today, that bloke is a Jonah when it comes to companies. |
At least we know the PVW search for rare earth anything is likely completely impartial and independent and therefore probably worth it’s weight in dust |
"If ongoing results remain positive, the parties anticipate negotiating a transaction to unlock the Project's REE potential for mutual benefit" 😂
Wonder which hour it tanks this week |
Also I dont think there are any conflicts of interest either. Name two. Impossible? |
Good how two completely separate companies, albeit with the same director and filing cabinet?, can create a win win situation based on nothing but dust |
Wouldn't get too excited sleeven, they're barely selling anything at the moment. |
Same story from PVW in their ASX announcement:
'If ongoing results remain positive, the parties anticipate negotiating a transaction to unlock the Project's REE potential for mutual benefit.'

Okay let’s be sensible… How many tons of dust do you physically need to shift, to extract one really very rare mineral particle? Just feels like they’re watering into the wind ? |
It’s like ‘Aussie Gold Hunters’, only without the gold |
Prob best to chill out now and hope PVW find whatever they are searching for in the dust? Might be lucky enough to find a few placings in there ? In fairness how could they not find something? I’d just send PVW a sample of dust inadvertently sprinkled with diamonds and HFO, and see what kind of an RNS transpires |
There is!
4 tenements are approaching the 1st anniversary since Harvest submitted positive 'Fosfato' final exploration reports. ANM have normally issued approval or rejection of FER just within the 12 month period. Harvest should acknowledge approval as they will have 12 months to submit a mining application. What exactly Harvest do within that period is anyone's guess?
There's also two other tenements where the research permits end requiring Harvest to submit FER's, positive or negative?
There's also the possibility Harvest request a delay in approval, they did exactly that with Sergipe.
Not to mention interims, Q3 sales and "how's the 70kt target going"?

Plenty of news due towards end of September?
YP |
Could do with some buyers to help sellers out really |
Pitiful volume here. Could do with some good news, if that’s possible? |
So long as everyone gets paid. Surely that’s the main thing ? Oh and the dust thing |
Negotiations shouldn't be too much of a problem.
PVM Resources is located Perth, WA.
The company that PVW recently entered an acquisition agreement with, 'Scanty Mineracao Ltda', is owned by two Australian companies both of which are represented by Samantha Bittencourt (FFA Legal?), FFA Legal Holding in Brasil represented by Soraya Lopez Ferraz (Wife of..?) and another Brasilian company administered by Lius Filipe Ferraz Ferraiuoli Azevedo (Son of..?) and all in the same building/office address as Triunfo Mineracao...Ltda (Harvest).
I'm assuming different filing cabinets?

‘ next batch due in October 2024. The data from these results will inform the next stages of the TCA and the potential for the parties to negotiate a transaction’
ie so potential to negotiate
Exciting times |
I only hope this partnership doesn’t end up in a courtroom with ffa against ffa |
