looks like there was a trade done today at around 9.30am. So i guess that's a positive, and something to build on

The only uncertainty is whether he can close that 20p short in time.

Perhaps 'waiting for a decision from the DNPM', might have been more appropriate? Anyway, best of luck will all of the uncertainty.

well that advice may be 'here's your Permit'

If only Arapua farmers had done a bit of digging before. Might have saved them importing fertiliser for decades ?

I can't understand why they would be waiting for, 'advice from the DNPM' (as per RNS), unless say the DNPM had already refused the mining permit?

Wouldn't you be waiting for the actual permit, rather than waiting for 'advice from the DNPM'?

Looks like a mail forwarding firm at the 'principal place of business' ? secretarial services or something?

the only plant & equipment seems to be valued at around $15,000. Perhaps that's the digger ?

Why are people entertaining this idiotic troll? Some big buys today especially the 250000 bodes well in my opinion for tomorrow and coming days.

Who knows. That'll be one major component of their plan. Not as high priority as the permit, obviously. But it would be the catalyst for a share price move to 30+p I think.

Can sell my full holding above bid again.
The last time that happened (Thursday) we went up 20% the following day.
And there was a '200 code'. Or perhaps that was kreature closing his short :)

Monster buys in the background.

Yep. That 30p short has really stopped the momentum.
Serious note: the last time this bad boy was shorted, we went from 8p to 23p in three days when they closed. So let's hope people get caught on the wrong side again.

He certainly loves to go short when anyone engages with him. Just look what he did to the share price today!

Are you incapable of addressing the facts ? It wasn't me that raised expectations here for a mining permit in October, then November. Try to channel your anger in the right direction. All the best. PS I remain Short on the POS (my opinion only, as always).
