Remaining cash is probably good to keep the lights on, and provide enough spending money for the next 3 years. So that's good, but assuming the revenue will appear by magic at an unknown 'point in time', I'd say this one is on the way to zero. Just my opinion though, as always. GL

I don't think the full mining licence will move it much jailbird - they need to demonstrate the stuff is being sold in decent quantities.
