With reference to YPs post on LSE, are they going to begin the registration process by the end of 2017? Or, are they going to get certification by the end of 2017? Which is it ?!

Quite a few warrant excercises going on in the last year.

That's a Canadian method of funding a company, and easier to achieve than placings as the warrants have to be in the money, which is a handy profit to the owner.

The Edwards family have 2.7 million at 14p, so they need to run the price up quite a bit to get that money in.

I wonder if they still own around 30 million shares?

Well the government say, 'inputs must be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture' :
