21/1/2019 19:07 | The excellent HVPE sails on with a (true) 31/12 nav of 1806p (read para below): Consistent with past practice, individual HarbourVest funds have been revalued to take into account the Q4 public market movements, weighted by industry sector, and the historical correlation to that fund's NAV. Therefore, HVPE's December NAV per share already reflects the Investment Manager's best estimate of the impact of the market declines seen in the last quarter of 2018. | rambutan2

20/6/2018 16:36 | A very good May, unassisted by fx: Growth At 31 May 2018, HVPE's estimated NAV per share was $21.79 (GBP16.39), a $0.56 increase in US dollar terms and a GBP0.96 increase in sterling terms from the 30 April 2018 estimate of $21.23 (GBP15.43). The increase in the 31 May NAV resulted mainly from valuation gains across the fund-of-funds as a portion of the portfolio was revalued to reflect 31 March 2018 results. These were partially offset by operating expenses and negative foreign currency movements. Realisation HVPE received $23.5 million in distributions from HarbourVest funds during May 2018, compared to $2.9 million in April 2018. The largest source of distributions during May was a US buyout-focused fund-of-funds. During the month, there were a total of 35 liquidity events across HVPE's underlying portfolio. Proceeds were received from the sale of TMF Group (HVPE's 17(th) largest portfolio company at 31 January 2018) to CVC Capital Partners. | rambutan2
