Was it really such a good idea for Rosneft to back walking away from a production cut?

I have just cancelled my order due to current outlook on the following:

Set to acquire BP asset package in North Sea US$500mln
share sale to fund dealDebt pile amounts to US$1.99bn
Cashflow was US$327mln, at US$68 per barrel oil price
Field development pipeline to add fields in 2020 and 2021
Zama spat feared
Falklands farm-out agreed, but non-binding
Alaska exploration well underway

There are two many unknowns regarding the virus impact on European and us markets as well as the current oil war.

Will remain on the sidelines

The only way you could trade this is with direct market access CFDs

The dealing problems may reflect 'retail service provider' set-ups across enough online brokers, all down to chance as to what gets dealt - more likely not at all in a fast market - maybe DMA is the only way to cope.

This morning's market in PMO looks very crooked, I placed an order to buy at 9:51 and by 11:01 it still showed up as a pending order so I telephoned and asked ii to cancel the order. This stinks, I bet anyone trying to sell this morning below 30p had their order processed immediately. It looks like I will have to open a HSBC account as greco600 had success in placing an order with them. Do ii trade their own book?

interest rates will be close to 0 for ages now, so debt not such an issue ?
