Keep on making up stuff lol . And putting things totally out of context . Bit like saying it's 34 degrees in summer in London when in reality it's 34 only at a moment in time . You know I have never met any trader or broker who antagonises someone else's work . It only happens from B.B. nobodies . Funny that . GS is long CFds which I trade for a living . Somewhere there must be the hedge which I don't see on the short position report . The likes of CMC , Ing etc will take the opposite trade of their client . It's not exactly a secret .

The special one (dB),
FRR???
I think you must be confused again on that one.

If I were your broker I would probably, as you say, take the opposite bet on the stock you went long on through a CFD given the success rate I have witnessed but that is not the norm.
If it were the norm then is it safe to say Goldmans are covering a short CFD position from one or a number of their clients to the tune of circa 6%?
No, I didn't think so.

In theory, I appreciate it doesn't always happen in practice, the CFD provider will cover their clients bet by going in the same direction be that long or short, they then make money on the percentage rate they charge their client and on the spread.
The client never owns the shares, has no voting rights or entitlement to participate in any RI, open offers nor do they receive dividends. All they have is a contract with their broker who, if they have covered the bet, gets all those entitlements.

The company was extremely careful not to deny they planned to ask shareholders to dig deep should they be successful in the bidding process they are not bidding in????
Take from that what you want.

Good luck, don't let your imagination get the better of you!
I still can't believe you paid 40p for EnQuest and had the audacity to mock those telling you it was a bad buy with the falling oil price, unbelievable.

I'll catch you all in a few months.

The past 2.5 weeks PMO didn't follow POO at all. Regardless if it went up of down, PMO just done its own thing. Ever since The Times published that article on rights issue, PMO was following, and going way up and we hadn't even had the Zama news then. Seems tactical that the article came out a few days before the Zama news, and investors fell into its trap. Now we're seeing it geared again, but how long until another article throws a spanner in the works, and PMO share price goes rogue for another 3-4 weeks?

How long have you been in the stock market? The way you panic and see red at every slight turn makes me believe you're quite an emotional investor...

POO going up lifts the PMO share price as we all know. Any hint of a rights issue will knock it back. The BOD were slow to react to the last rumours and not very proactive on the promotion front with the institutions.Let's hope POO keeps going up as the current BOD's efforts are fairly hopeless as shown by the share price graph.
