Anyone, opting to receive dividends in shares, received the shares yet for dividend paid 18th May. I enquiries a few days ago from Charles Stanley Direct about what I thought was late receipt but was told I would be credited when they received them.

My wild guess is 36 pence per share distribution -- in July/August this year

TM had the advantage of surprise too !
She should have had it all planned out before the GE was announced

What will be the title of her memoirs ?

"Take nothing for granted" ?

EI

You are spot on in your analysis.
McD will issue worthless government paper at a very low coupon to buy up utilities, then wonder why pension funds cannot pay the pensioners.

Happy days...

Hi red, will REITS even exit if John McDonnell is Chancellor?.
I'm slightly stunned at some of the polling tbh.
Then again promise people the world and say you don't need to pay for it
tends to be a vote winner. The worst Tory GE campaign in living memory, inept
does not begin to cover it.

Had a very small amount, as no longer confident in Thursday's result.

And have been wrong Pillion on that, often too cautious in outlook.

Have £650 on a Tory overall majority, oh my.

What do you think is the reason for the recent weakness:)

Maybe the reason for recent firm share price

from 20 March 2017

Proposed disposal of the German and Dutch portfolio for EUR1.28 billion......

-- Completion is expected to occur before the end of June 2017.

From TRY full year results: published last week

Hansteen has been a stock we have traded in over many years and undue share price weakness early last year enabled us to rebuild the position. We were pleased with the announcement of the sale of the entire European portfolio allowing management to concentrate on the UK. London Metric announced their intention to exit over time from retail warehousing and focus on distribution and the company is now 2% of our assets....
