12/3/2014 07:54 | Yes also div which is the icing on the ca8e | gary38
12/3/2014 07:48 | Good results. HGR8 certainly look like they're on track to at least achieve forecasts of 22.3p EPS, with £2.4m EBITDA/PBT. EPS isn't up as dramatically year on year due to the acquisition in late 2012, but the company is obviously in rude health and doing extremely nicely. With forward visibility of revenues at over 83%, this is the sort of story that the City will come to love as HGR8 grows and investors realise the relative security of the revenues. | rivaldo
12/3/2014 07:35 | Also worth remembering that these numbers don't even include the record increase in business that they rns'd in January. | goliard
12/3/2014 07:31 | What a cracking little company this is turning out to be, profit up 25% and also a dividend. you cant ask for much better than that. | igoe104
12/3/2014 07:30 | What a brilliant 1/2 yearly report.All thanks the A1 management team | gary38
11/3/2014 12:36 | Lovely new highs chart-wise now. | rivaldo
11/3/2014 12:03 | You spoke too soon! Off we go again. | goliard
11/3/2014 11:39 | slightly surprising a £50k buy did not move the price more.... | old tyke
11/3/2014 08:40 | Interims are out tomorrow, I hear. Incoming good news. | igoe104
10/3/2014 22:07 | Best outcome. | herewegouk
10/3/2014 16:26 | I've said all along that I didn't like the merger, so I'm quite happy with the outcome. With HGR* we know exactly what we are invested in. Its a very simple model with reliable earnings - unlike ACS. | henryatkin
10/3/2014 14:31 | I must admit that I missed them rivaldo. They do make it pretty clear that the interims will be good. | goliard
10/3/2014 14:12 | I think quite a few people missed the comments at the end of the RNS! | rivaldo
10/3/2014 14:07 | Someone sold 12k worth at 233.9 that's got to hurt, looking what happened after. | igoe104
10/3/2014 13:50 | I think its the case of buyers getting in before the strong interims are announced later on this week, goliard. | igoe104
10/3/2014 13:39 | The swift reversal today is very welcome, but also quite strange. Makes me wonder if this is just buying interest from the increased press we have been getting, or if rumours of another possible suitor for HGR8 are doing the rounds. I'm certainly not complaining though! | goliard
10/3/2014 12:27 | Well spotted rivaldo, I missed the comment at the end. however, we remain focused on our ambition to be the world's leading provider of private aviation services. Our interim results, to be published later this week, will show continued strong growth in our business and provides us with an excellent platform to develop Hangar8 further | igoe104
10/3/2014 12:21 | That was a good buying opportunity! Particularly given the bullish noises at the bottom of today's statement. The falling though of the merger is a positive in many respects as it continues the path that HGR8 are already on and reduces the risks arising from over-expansion/acqui | rivaldo
10/3/2014 12:18 | Not sure I want to be involved with a company, who doesn't know how to make money. its their loss in my eyes. | igoe104
10/3/2014 12:16 | Good Management will not agree anything that is not in the the best interest of the company , so well done Hanger 8 | gary38
10/3/2014 12:10 | Hopefully the management team havent been too distracted from operational performance over the last few weeks | adamb1978
10/3/2014 10:34 | I'm guessing it was impossible to merge given the huge difference in turnover versus profit. Hopefully not too much of a markdown at the opening as the news didn't seem to leak in the first place. Edit: from memory, 240p was the offer price before suspension, so no real drop at the open and just showing the markdown from the artificially higher price that was left. | goliard
04/3/2014 17:04 | Totally agree | gary38
