DIRECTOR'S SHARE SALE AND CORRECTION TO RNS OF 11 MAY 2012
H&T Group plc (the "Company") announced on 11 May 2012 that Alex Maby, a director of the Company, had exercised 77,320 share options over new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Share Options") and subsequently sold 67,320 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy associated tax obligations and option exercise costs. The correct number of Share Options exercised was 77,318 and the correct number of Ordinary Shares sold was 67,318.
The Company has received notification today that the sale of 67,318 Ordinary Shares by Mr. Alex Maby, as announced by the Company on 11 May 2012 and corrected by this announcement, was executed on 17 May 2012 at a price of 281p per Ordinary Share.
Mr. Maby holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's Ordinary Shares in issue.
