Maybe 4 months ago you knew that you were going to buy this at 6.50 whatever didn't you? Never say never I don't think many people here thought they would see 600 odd but are happily buying as they cannot resist same way if we get ugly Brexit 500p is nothing. If it was just about business fundamentals, cash flows, trading updates, CVR, MGM and global market share this should be 900 it's not 650 and plunging.

GAMBLING stock is leisure and when there is slow down, recession and market turmoil these stocks get hit the hardest and also spending in these companies gets massively reduced.

I want this to go up I'm not gonna wait for 100 years as a long term holders that's for all the Buffets we have in the world.

Buying stock is gambling too regardless of the length of holding as things can go pear shape. Banking stock which I have held for 15 years is worthless compared to what it was and i may never see again Barclays/RBS shares for £6 or £7 but anyways i wish a quick recovery here.

At £5 this gets taken out so forget that. Your ramblings are ridiculous and whilst I wish you the best of luck recouping the losses, of your analysis posits this at £5 then I suspect that either you don't understand the business you've invested in or you would be equally well served popping into once of their retail outlets and rolling the dice there! Respectfully

Nope next week we may say 600p dirt cheap can't resist and all that stuff. Fundamentals are thrown out of the window I'm down by £6200 overall can't believe I'm still in it. I will definitely load at 500p won't add anything until then. Kenny smart boy unloaded nearly 20m at 950 plus I think.

I did at 655 - hard to imagine it doesn't have a significant spring in the price to come from this valuation.

Maddogg- Youre funny mate! Well the market doesnt give a F for fundamentals and they know all our investors are long term waiting for 5-10 years so they dont care about the share price today, yesterday or 2 weeks from now. They wont have a meltdown even if this hits 400. I am surprised i havent sold and moved on this will hit 600 the way this is going to HELL. Good Luck All

Sam You can call me a day trader/swing trader or whatever. I don't like to hold long term as its never worked out well for me in the long term. My aim normally is to hold 2 weeks to 2 months max e.g. holding RPC since September if had sold 5 days after I bought would have been better off still not bad today but anyways i invest money to earn quickly profits so when things go pear shape like GVC it just upsets me. I analyse my buys and sells everyday to do better the next day. There are some here who buys and looks into the account 5 years later unfortunately I can't do that. GVC is a good company however I bought too expensive not once twice so unfortunately not learnt from my mistakes. Sorry if some of you are frustrated or annoyed coz of me. Feel free to filter as I come here to vent my frustration not to coz pain to anyone.

Rhuvaal You must be talking to yourself as you may not be able to filter yourself can you?

Mr Buffett hasn't got time to waste and come and read your post so he could buy GVC listening to you! Fantastic isn't it.

Free suggestion intelligent/smart people don't come here to read other people's opinions and stories this I can guarantee as my friend is a commodities trader with Jefferies International. Only clueless people come here trying to understand what the HELL is happening in the world of financial markets and that includes me.

Warik- nothing wrong with being negative - just there is no need to get your knickers in a twist and tell us what a terrible decision investing here was every time the share price drops a bit.

No mate, had some money (in transit) due to an inheritance.I would have bought more VRS with it, but the share price wouldn't stabilise.

confess I have everyone filtered except for the wise and hardy annuals from years past... A nice clean read each time I open up and many thanks to those special few. At my age I shouldn't be doing this at all but my
inheritors should broadly grin at the end of time
