They must have been running out of money to pay the directors salaries.

the meek may inherit the earth, but UKOG shreholders shall inhertit mega gains. My guess is chrisoil is moving in ready for some big numbers announcement by July/August.

This could do with another consolidation - just like RGM did- twice! - successfully!

I know stuff. Ask anyone.

Well -

Gunsynd currently holds 1.93 million shares in UOG which is at 1.8p -

A big chunk of the interims was based on that!

Says a lot about all the other investments -

Brazil Tungsten is now ZERO -

Most if not all look like zero or close to it -

225k cash was left in Jan -

Investments all look worthless -

And yet the wages will pour out -

They will raise equity after consolidation for more wages -

With small caps on the verge of complete collapse with their 'virtual' portfolio of products, some of GUN's investments should come through good as they have physical products in the market. Stands to reason some of the competion will fall down. Hope the portfolios GUN has fingers in have strong enough markets, play the weak hand well and could come up trumps.

They are not raising money just consolidating the shares

Once the international financial centres are open then a wall of money will descend upon UKOG and GUN. In that order.

I am seldom wrong.

If always.

From end of January update they didn't even manage that:

"The redomiciling of Human Brands to the UK and renaming as Rogue Baron Limited is anticipated to take place within the next 2-4 weeks. A further announcement will be made when this is concluded."

Not much you can do shut down in your terraced house drinking Shinjui all day. I wonder if the Directors took a pay cut during this period of inactivity to preserve cash :)

need a miracle not Listerine.....stupid thing is they could have made a stack more cash with savvy investments rather than playing the games with risky business in no mans land

Hamish always puts down the legacy business courtesy of lenni - yet what has he done other than a couple of lucky breaks - if Human does not convert to Rogue then what? No updates and stupid holding AGM in the middle of the virus mess.
