Go away in may, comeback on st ledgers day may work a lot of the time for an index. I am not convinced it does for individual shares like gkp where news could come at any time....

Ratification of the budget in Parliament if it was to happen in the next day or two imo would be a step forward for us.

In addition to the Khor Mor gas field, there are several other gas fields in the Kurdistan region that are operated by various oil companies. These include the Bina Bawi gas field, operated by Genel Energy, and the Chemchemal gas field, operated by Gulf Keystone Petroleum.

Indeed. It would be interesting to know how many shares they have accumulated during that time. Not enough to gain a majority and take us over for peanuts it would seem.

They have been trying to screw the Kurds ever since Shaikan (the country maker) was discovered.

Maybe they have finally realised that cutting their own nose off isnt really the answer if they want serious USA investment as opposed to being taken over by the Chinese or sanctions if they deal with Russia.
