The guy dodged every question and didn't give a straight answer to any of them!!!

The "theythink" poster clearly doesn't and perhaps is oblivious to the fact that there are more Kurds landing in the UK via small boats than from any other country!!! Those that aren't organising their transport of course!!! Rather at odds with what the poster posted?

Quite how you gullible suckers can believe in what was posted earlier and that all is just fine and its a great area to welcome inward investment is absolutely astounding.

Haven't a load of "officials" rocked up in Russia trying to get them to invest in Kurdistan? That should go down well with the Yanks that Mr C is spinning!!

He gave a sensible reply to the last question while not answering about money owed. His approach was that selling at market value creates a lot of cash for everyone which means that funds would be generated that would enable payments to the IOCs for the outstanding amounts.

Caggins comes across as a decent honest man who calls it as it is. So him saying there's progress and light at the end of the tunnel is of course a positive. 5 weeks to Xmas.

Evening guys .. I see we have two doji candles in a row .. This shows indecision in the market and a move is due .The two are have a high of 144.40 and low of 140 so tomorrow's candle being the third should reveal the direction. A close above the top.wick at 144.40 and away we go . A close below 140 the bottom wick and the move is bearish and prob a bounce around 125/128I'd prefer the strong move to 200+ as there's really not alot in the way . Hopefully tomorrow's the day PJ

Myles Caggins, spokesperson for the Association of the Petroleum Industry of Kurdistan (APIKUR), told Rudaw late Sunday that they see the amendment as a “good step” but “Before we begin exporting oil, we must have written agreements.”

“So right now, we are seeing the political law, the budget law, Article 12 of the budget law in Parliament. After that, we need to have written agreements, and each individual company must agree to these terms under the new contracts,” he said.
