Bang It`s a moot point as to whether an amalgamation would be governed by UK laws or in this case Bermudan Bye law 165 which requires approval of the BOD and a majority of shareholders at a general meeting which only requires two shareholder present or by proxy to be quorate. Don`t think they would get away with that but it all depends on the terms and conditions. the perks for the BOD and the views of big shareholders. That assumes that there is an offer wihich many of us doubt would be the case as the climate of unresolved issues etc needs to improve. I would be happy with the pipeline running. | arcadian | |
