21/6/2024 20:56 | 48,000bpd x 30 days x $28 x .36 = $14.5 million a month net to GKP -------------- Only slight note of concern is the 36% figure is not an ongoing amount as this will change when historical costs have been recovered. Sizeable amount of cost recovery in the outstanding $151m KRG debt owed to GKP but no indication as to how that's going to be dealt with as yet. | ![]() hangthedj
21/6/2024 19:51 | In May and up to a week ago we were producing an average of 48,200 bpd which then suffered a temporary drop because of Eid al Adha. From the RNS there appears to be no reason why it shouldn't go back up to 48kbpd again from this weekend. And we're being paid $28 a barrel for it. 48,000bpd x 30 days x $28 x .36 = $14.5 million a month net to GKP. We are told that operating costs including G&A are $6 million a month which includes $20 million net capex for maintenance and so on. 14.5 - 6 = 8.5 million a month or $102 million a year profit net to GKP. The 3 week shut down of PF-1 will cost $5.5 million in lost sales net to GKP. So that leaves $96.5 million. They seem intent on maintaining a $100 million cash balance which they already have. So what can they spend $96.5 million on other than returning it to shareholders. $96.5 million divided by 217 million shares in issue is circa $0.45 or £0.35 per share. Plenty of scope there for more dividends/buybacks I'd have thought. | ![]() habshan

Mr Gabriel Papineau-Legris, Chief Financial Officer, exercised 41,052 vested nil-cost share options granted under the 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). Upon exercise, a proportion of the vested award was sold to pay the tax liability arising upon exercise, while the remainder was retained | ![]() highlander7

21/6/2024 18:06 | Baron Investments@baroninv Big surprise and obviously mega happy to see #GKP Gulf Keystone returning $15m via a dividend this morning (this on top of the recently announced share buyback programme of up to $10 million). Cash balances higher to $99m and gross production potential remains 45,000 – 48,000 bopd. Capital gains and distributions in play, very relieved I stuck with them! | ![]() highlander7

21/6/2024 17:09 | Day 455 of no pipe gullible fantasists. I see another delusional sucker has rocked up talking about 13.7b and $10pb, lol. Checkout the several CPR's for the numbers and some of them are real iffy. $10pb for sludge when Total only received $1.65pb for top quality oil when they departed the "last great frontier" lol. Dream on clueless fantasists. Isn't the $6pb still on the table?? Or is it a tad higher now to take account of all the "other" costs? Now why would anyone want or need to pay the ludicrous amounts you morons con yourselves with when there's be no interest at a time the company could have gone for under £1 old money. Btw why are the company still talking about potential? How come there's been no increase to the Reserves? Why are they now forced to add in "Resources" which no values because they are extremely iffy. Keep on deluding yourselves suckers as its all so funny. | ![]() bigdog5

21/6/2024 16:46 | The buyback can continue Queen lemming sarah, wow now there's a surprise, it wasn't in any doubt Queeny. How's the PSC's coming along that you said will be rolled out all across Iraq looking? And on $156 a barrel terms, lol. What about the budget closely followed by an oil law that you said had all been sorted 10 months ago? You haven't got a fekkin clue Queeny. Hey Carroll, how many of your bogus monikers will you be retiring off tonight after you've pushed the Dinner trolley round, about 10? Where's the takeover announcement you've been saying would be announced today? You're just another clueless liar aren't you. | ![]() bigdog5
21/6/2024 16:44 | UT a 212,245 buy followed by a 129,575 buy. RED - "I reckon they been buying plenty today too." I agree, 1,654,702 buys and 1,518,021 sells. | ![]() habshan
21/6/2024 16:35 | "There is a lag of a day or two on those reports...." Indeed, it's hard to tell when they bought them but it could have been the cause of last week's 14p drop, that had Walleye's fingerprints all over it. | ![]() habshan |
