As he says it’s pretty much gone quiet but neither Krg or Baghdad seem worried.
US gone quiet again.
Surely there has to be something they’re working on.
Could Baghdad cut the Krg budget payments at anytime. Krg don’t seem worried as if they know or have been told you’ll keep getting your budget payments. ?
Any thoughts anyone.
Like Fairenough says it seems like it’s all being done for a reason. ?

No oil is flowing through the pipeline. IOCs getting paid local prices but yet don’t seem too irate as they were at start of the year. The IOCs mouthpiece APIKUR are staying very quiet.

According to the Iraqi government they have not received any oil revenue but seem more interested in getting the non oil revenue. All previous accusations about hindrance from KRG are longer being reported. IRG still continuing to pay the salaries even though the KRG are not living up to their side of the bargain.

The KRG also seem to be staying quiet.

There appears to be some sort of coordination going on between KRG and IRG. Remains to be seen if this cooperation is good news for the IOCs.

The Iraqi army has overseen security in Kirkuk since 2017, following a controversial independence referendum conducted by the Kurdistan Region. It is now being reported they are withdrawing at request from PM Sudani.
