Sold out at £1.36 yesterday - then bought back in at £1.26 - now have 7% more shares than I did have - about another year of doing the same and I might be back to break-even with this one! 🤞

Past experience here is it starts same day.Reports same dayBut doesn't matter anyway W/C 27th, the 28th will most likely be date of AGM notice, or sooner.Wonder what we will be voting on?LOL.Wonder why we need to forewarn everyone that the buyback daily size needs to be outside Mar regulations. We might spend all of it on one day if necessary. LOLSale is nailed on.This is not a buyback, it's a stabilisation program to prevent third parties from flash crashing it prior to sale RNS.

Calm down guys. They only announced the buybacks yesterday. From past experience it can take a day or two up to a week for it to actually start. It will be reported either after close or the following morning at 7am. Once we see the first RNS they will most likely continue to report similar time (5-6pm or 07:00) each day.

Standard practice is for an RNS the day after shares are purchased.

It would be unusual if this is not followed by GKP.

Smart move if they didn't purchase on the spike yesterday!

Looks like max seven trading days to report according to FCA disclosure rules: The issuer shall report to the Financial Conduct Authority no later than by the end of the seventh daily market session following the date of the execution of the transaction, all the transactions relating to the buy-back programme, in a detailed form and in an aggregated form. The aggregated form shall indicate the aggregated volume and the weighted average price per day and per trading venue.(3) The issuer shall ensure adequate public disclosure of the information on the transactions relating to buy-back programmes referred to in paragraph 2 no later than by the end of the seventh daily market session following the date of execution of such transactions. The issuer shall also post on its website the transactions disclosed and keep that information available to the public for at least a 5-year period from the date of adequate public disclosure.
