I don't think most people use them as that Arcadian, its more a sign of appreciation that someone has found an article or gone to some effort to explain something as a thank you, or maybe funny (well thats why I thumbs up)... the exception being Mr Alias which likes to upvote himself :P

They have been suppressing the share price , building a stake pre takeover.The company will announce sale by RNS in May.

who gave you the downvote?? only blue paying posters can do that, and we do not see any here (Arcadian the only one I can think of, and I doubt its him)... and why, you didn't say anything wrong... actually looking at all your previous posts maybe I do, looks like you trade rather than buy and hold and sometimes short, people don't understand that it takes all sorts to make a market - I am okay with shorters though personally don't do it...

Kuristan24 and Rudaw both have tv feeds which are accessible online without a VPN. Unfortunately neither are in english but I am guessing you may be able to gather whats happening through pictures throughout the day. Posted links below if anyone is that keen :o]

If its meant to be historic I am guessing they will be covering it live... the landing @ Baghdad and the 21 times shots fired when he lands etc..

From John on twitter "We expect the Turkish president to reach an agreement with the authorities on the export of Kurdistan oil," a spokesman for the Kurdistan Oil Industry Association (Epicur) told Rudaw. "The visit is important," Epicurus spokesman Miles Cagins told Rudaw's Newroz program this morning. "Turkey wants to export Kurdish oil through the world," Caggins said. "The pipeline has been repaired and is ready to export," Caggins said.
