Thanks nufc , reposted for those that might have missed it..Barzani reveals reaching preliminary agreements with BaghdadThe Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, said on Sunday that preliminary agreements have been reached with Baghdad over the pending differences between Baghdad and Erbil.A statement by Barzani's office said that the cabinet held its 100th meeting today, and discussed the outcomes of the delegation that visited Baghdad headed by Barzani last Wednesday, to look over the outstanding issues between the KRG and the federal government, including oil and gas law, the Kurdish share in the budget as well as the disputed territories.The Kurdish delegation also discussed the Region’s share in the federal budget, planned to be submitted to the parliament this year.For his part, the Kurdistan Regional Government's Coordinator for International Advocacy, Dindar Zebari, presented a report on the progress made in implementing the Kurdistan Region's plan for human rights.The Prime Minister commended the ongoing implementation of the plan, and stressed his government's constant support and protection of human rights, and ensuring the implementation of a safe Democratic process.

Or why the company needs water handling equipment if as they say there's "traces of water" LOL. And why is it that they failed to find the gas cap twice when it was supposed to be easy, LOL. Or what about finding water at S12 in the lower targeted zone where they've been expecting to find more oil for years!!! Or would they care to comment on the announcement that S14 would be the last well needed to achieve the 8 years in the coming 55k a day which is still 10k short. Don't ask shediak to do it though cos we know they invent BS and lies as evidenced by the great "pumpgate" conspiracy, LOL.

If the field was even a fraction of what it was massively hyped up to be under the Kozel regime it would have been bought years ago. Under JF all references to the Kozel BS hyped up numbers disappeared. There's a huge clue.

The CPR's show the Reserves are falling and some have been reassigned to Resources!! Another clue.

The company have been trying and still failing to achieve the fabled 55k a day for over eight years having originally failed to reach 40k a day in all the delayed predicted times. Another clue.

Water found in the Jurassic, the only zone they drill to, where they've always expected to find oil. Another clue.

Water handling equipment needed and still to be ordered. How odd when they maintain they're carefully trying to avoid the "traces" of water. Another clue.
