Enormous accumulation by stealth JB...........Churning for shares continues.Someone knows big news is in the pipeline and is trying to get more shares at 200p or below imo. They're struggling for volume though, as there isn't any.

Other than as mentioned in question 15 above, there is no requirement for public disclosure under Bermuda law. If the Company is listed on the BSX, public disclosure is required on the signing of the relevant transaction agreement. Customarily, public disclosure happens immediately after the execution of an Agreement and Plan of Merger/Amalgamation or an Implementation Agreement (as applicable).

The last TR1 disclosure was in Aug last year when Blackrock went below 5%.

If there are acquirers, they are not above 3%. Although I don't have the current list of holders.

It is listed on the LSE and the FCA has reporting obligations for UK listed securities

No , that is what retail think , supply and demand.Wholesale large buyers want to buy very large amounts but do it over a long patient period, as if they rush , the price will spike , and retail will dive in.Hence the 4 month grind here.Just look at the macd ..... above....the share price has been held for 4 months , as wholesale patiently mop up retail sells day after day as has occurred here, note the large after hrs buys every day.These are the result of brokers taking lots of sells during the day , collating them together , and passing across to buyers after hrs.

Senior Iraqi and Kurdish authorities met on Wednesday in Baghdad to tackle longstanding issues between the Iraqi federal government and the semi-autonomous Kurdish region of northern Iraq.

Heading a senior delegation, the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) prime minister Masrour Barzani on Wednesday arrived in Baghdad and met with Iraq's PM Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani to discuss key suspended issues between both governments, particularly the oil and gas.

"The meeting witnessed detailed discussions on Iraq's budget bill for this year and the need for passing it soon so that it would pave the way for implementing the strategic plans, programs and projects about services, economy, and investment," Iraqi state media reported, quoting a statement by PM Sudani's media office.

"Several suspended issues between Baghdad and Erbil, particularly issues related to the law for oil and gas and resolving them according to the Iraqi constitution," the reports added.

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The Iraqi Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, discussed on Wednesday ways to integrate the work of the federal and regional governments with the Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, according to a press statement issued by the Prime Minister’s press office.

Al-Sudani received Barzani and his accompanying delegation in Baghdad, the Iraqi News Agency (INA) reported.

The statement explained that the meeting between both leaders addressed the most important issues at the national level, as well as ways to integrate the work of the federal government and the regional government in order to provide the best services to citizens in all parts and governorates of Iraq.

The statement added that the meeting was attended by ministers, advisors and officials in the federal government and the regional government.

Both leaders also talked about Kurdistan government’s share in the 2023 federal budget, oil and gas issue, and the federal rights of the Peshmerga forces, Rudaw News mentioned.

Barzani also met with the Iraqi President, Abdul Latif Rashid, the Speaker of the Parliament, Mohammed Al-Halbousi, and the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan.

Tensions between Erbil and Baghdad escalated since the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court issued a ruling last February considering the legal foundations of oil and gas sector in Kurdistan region unconstitutional, after talks with the region’s government failed.
