No one forced them to buy in the past, they paid their money and took their chance just like I did in EVR, I knew EVR was a gamble so I decided how much of my portfolio was of value to me without affecting my ability to achieve my future goals. I think EVR will be a blessing in disguise, but the moral of my story is don't feel sorry for yourself all the time and that includes comments like long term holders deserve more, no you don't!

The overlay of shaiCON on London has been incorrect for years as a few of us more knowledgeable ones have pointed out. The field has materially shrunk due to several wells finding the boundaries.

No its shrunk and the evidence you're in denial about is in front of you.

If there were to be any sale (there isn't) the CPR's are what any interested party would be making an offer on, nowt else. No one will make any offers for anything that cannot be reasonably proved is there.

No you don't because all the data from the Kozel days has been proved to be incorrect. None of the barrels that you refer to as either Reserves or OIP have been discovered in over 10 years of trying. Just how many well failures do you fantasists need to realise that "your experts" still don't understand the field after 10 years and 14 wells. Wells drilled where they expected oil to be have failed. That means oil they've accounted for in the CPR's needs reducing. Also they only have 58% of the field as the 80% WI is just that and its not there's to sell.

No one pays for something "that may be there". So the question is if the field is any good how come no one has bought it when they've had ten years to consider it? No new barrels have been added in years despite all the various CPR's.

I think they will have had several offers already , all declined.Just say NO is the first easiest takeover defence.I'd expect a deal very shortly as the transition to new FDP is the obvious watershed for change of operator.Shamaran next door neighbours are rumoured to be the apple of several Oil co eyes.They have recently made a rights isssue... all the hallmarks of a poison pill takeover defence.M and A is on its way there and here.
