Completion of second US$25 million Buyback Programme



Gulf Keystone Petroleum is pleased to announce that following the purchase of ordinary shares on 13 March 2020, the Company's US$25 million share buyback programme as announced on 10 December 2019 and 21 January 2020 has been completed. In aggregate, between 10 December 2019 and 13 March 2020, the Company repurchased 10,912,244 ordinary shares at a VWAP of 176.1 pence per share.

For that reason I am not betting on a sale before Xmas like someone keeps posting on here and has done for 8 years.

227 quid is a tad high for takeover.If they have done a leveraged recapitalisation, treble figures possible25 quid plus a very prudent target but yes far far higher very possible
