18/9/2021 09:40 | Thanks for reminder Todd_Double_Figure_B from GKP - HYR Outlook -- Tightening 2021 average gross production guidance range from 40,000 - 44,000 bopd to 42,000 - 44,000 bopd -- Maintaining 2021 gross Opex per barrel guidance of $2.5 to $2.9/bbl -- The addition of SH-G increases 2021 net Capex guidance from $55-$65 million to $75-$85 million -- With continued constructive engagement with the Ministry of Natural Resources ("MNR") and the Company's partner Kalegran B.V. (a subsidiary of MOL Hungarian Oil & Gas plc) ("MOL"), Gulf Keystone is expecting to submit an FDP in Q4 2021 to the MNR for approval o The FDP includes the continued ramp-up of Jurassic oil production, appraisal of the Triassic reservoir and a Gas Management Plan o We continue to optimise the scope, schedule and cost of the FDP -- Developing Gulf Keystone's sustainability strategy, with the primary environmental focus on more than halving CO(2) per barrel by 2025 by eliminating flaring -- In line with the Company's strategy of balancing investment in growth and returns to shareholders, Gulf Keystone is pleased to declare an interim dividend for 2021. The 2021 interim dividend is $50 million to be paid on 8 October 2021 based on a record date of 24 September 2021 -- Following payment of the interim dividend, the Company will have distributed $100 million of dividends in 2021 -- With continuing strong oil prices and cash flow generation, there may be opportunities to consider further distributions to shareholders and to optimise the capital structure Like the last sentence !!!!! Incidentally these words are from the company under Full listing LSE rules and guidance on what can be expressed. These Main market rules are also the reason our reserves etc quoted were lowered FOR NOW. ---- All about to change. Of course all this conflicts with the opinions of the resident doomsayers whom for over a decade have been kindly sharing their views to help us make our investment decision. I only act on factual info relayed by Co. | hydrocarbon1
18/9/2021 08:54 | If BDs scenario is true then it is a Chinese plan as they have been buying Gold for many years, or maybe that is a coincidence ? | nestoframpers
18/9/2021 08:44 | @Ticketmaster Obviously you are willing to sell gold at these prices. GKP is black gold and should be valued relative to gold, not USD. | bravedog
18/9/2021 07:27 | The gap between record date and payment is indeed 15 days.HTTPS://twitter | todd_double_figure_billions
18/9/2021 05:30 | " Currency used for settlement. I don’t think the Kurds are willing to sell anything unless it is settled in something else than the fiat currencies used around the world today, as all the countries are bankrupt." Then do what the Chinese are currently doing. Buy gold bullion. | highlander7
18/9/2021 03:11 | Your post #640800. No thanks, because we have got a multi Burj Khalifas depth of it at GKP. You might want to pitch it to the CEO at Tower Resources. IMHO, he might be interested as it is the closest he will probably ever get to a drop of the good stuff again. Now toddle off, theres a good chap 👍 | steephill cove
17/9/2021 23:46 | Thanks Bravedog, I better sell all my gkp shares as soon as possible on Monday morning as they are all going to be be worthless very soon !!!! Filtered !!!!!!!! | ticketmaster
17/9/2021 22:28 | I don't care how it happens just get it over with ! | nestoframpers
17/9/2021 21:28 | How does it add up? 1) Now Iraqis want to have the majority in the different oil fields. How does it play out for GKP where Krg will keep around 25% of the field which they can’t finance ? 2) If I am correct, there is 15 days between record date and payment date which is the time needed to call an EGM which would take place 2 days before the general election. Strange that I have seen it mentioned on the bb, but I filtered some prolific posters… 3) HCL. There is much disinformation everywhere, but I believe that ICG and the KRG have already agreed upon it in March. In that case, they know also how the FDP will be changed and which consortium will be in charge of Shaikan. 4) Currency used for settlement. I don’t think the Kurds are willing to sell anything unless it is settled in something else than the fiat currencies used around the world today, as all the countries are bankrupt. So we need the big crash to see the disappearance of GKP. All the countries will be happy to use a gold backed currency. 5) There are probably several ways to do it, but having a strong revaluation of the currencies of the war torn countries (Iraq, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iran, Venezuela, Argentina, Zimbabwe etc…) would help solve many problems as these countries would have no interest in harvesting opium but would focus on developing their countries. And those who left their country will return. Incidentally, Iraqis will find the price of GKP very cheap… I believe all this could be linked and it could happen soon: watch how the US budget will look like… | bravedog
