If you are gonna activate/finance a FDP,you don't give $100M back to shareholders.The company,imo,have a short lifespan from here as they also show no interest in divesting interests in other parts of the world.
Conclusion---Takeover or large Farm out at Shaikan.

NestThey have been discussing and planning this for years.....soA.If the MNR want GKP to be independent operator to 110k ++ then that will already have been agreed pre submission( highly UNLIKELY)B.If they want IOC new operator ( highly LIKELY) that new operator will be on the FDP that's then a friendly deal Q4If A then prob every IOC in world will be bidding...

I imagine this is the final reiteration of the FDP . All comments incorporated and just need signed off by the Kurds. 4 weeks or so.

P3 of the HYRs " Expect to submit FDP Q4 2021 for approval" , Approval might take 3 months? so no TO until Spring at least.
