I reckon 1p would be breached if the company owned up to all the huge problems they have instead of hyping up their plans that then fail and using spin to assist with their excuses.

I recall the clueless rampers here getting excited about 18 different companies being in the Data Room when the company desperately put the for sale sign up prior to the great wipeout of July 2016. They all walked away. I said at that time it would be a fruitless excercise and a waste of time. Correct again.

DNO made an offer and then reduced it before walking away. Perhaps they were shown "all the data".

The Chinese aiui did some surveys, something else the clueless rampers here got excited about and then walked away.

Xom who were meant to be having a mull over the company many years ago also walked away. However that was likely a ton of BS from Kozel who needed money to pay off an ex wife.

What makes you think that DNO needed so see the data before making an offer.

You don't need to see the data to make an offer Tony.

DNO chanced their arm when they could see that GKP were on their knees and offered a tongue in cheek pittance for a Rolls Royce which GKP and the bond holders laughed out of the Boardroom.

As Shaikan's neighbour DNO know how much it's worth, and they made a derisory offer of a fraction of that, so what had they to lose. You don't need to see the data to do that.

You live in a £110k terrace house, I could offer you £10 for it, I don't need to see it to know it's worth more than £10, so what have I got to lose, all you can do is say no and tell me to clear off and I walk away, and that's what DNO did.

As for the Chinese, where does it say this:-

And it still only shows four wells.

So there you go Broadford, that shows how detailed they think it needs to be to fulfill it's purpose.

If anybody who needs to know wants more detail they can ask for it.

But as somebody who'se just told us that after all these years you still aren't a shareholder then I can't see the company deciding that you need to know.

If you said to them that you wanted to see the logs and test results of Sh-6 or any other well for example and they asked who are you and you told them that you're an armchair general who'se been here ten years and doesn't own any shares because you think that both the company and the asset are basket cases and that in your opinion they're a bunch of shysters who are constantly trying to hide stuff and mislead the market and that you think that Bigdog "is a useful contributor to the board" then I imagine they'd tell you to clear off.

And who could blame them.
