There is a rumour doing the rounds Eddie that there is going to be a share distribution for all pre restructure holders - providing they still have the shares.

Dont know if its true or not , but it came from a good source.

Luckily I still have all my old shares. Could explain why the trolls are in meltdown. They all sold out .

LTHs became the 5% upon restructuring. If I was running the Company I would have made sure that the 5% were compensated upon any sale. Afterall, they know who they are.

Eddie the most obvious (pre sale) corporate action should be a LEVERAGED RECAPITALISATION.An equity for new debt swap.

Urchin Eddie might have a good idea there, maybe the buy back has been prearranged ? I thought the wording of the RNS meant that GKP didn't need to annouce a buy back they could just do it.

No GKPHero these days , perhaps he has succumed to CV19?
