Broadford "There has been a top-up agreement made, however, which seems to pay ca $2M - $3M per month (POO-dependent) towards honouring these outstanding sums."

In January the "top up" payment was $3.3 million gross at $54.77 Brent.

For February the "top up" payment will be circa $8.2 million gross at $62.28 Brent.

For this month the "top up" payment will be higher still at the current oil price.

Wow just look at habSCUM's twisting of words desperately trying to score points when anyone with a shred of honesty and decency will know that what "we've" been saying for a very long time has turned out to be fact.

Five years to get some ESP's in the ground when the company were predicting three would be installed at Presentations just after the wipeout. And habSCUM is now suggesting I was wrong, LOFL. Btw, lets see how they perform first and what they suck up. Did you notice they said existing wells? Yup, pressure falling across the field as some of us have been saying for a long time.

And should we consider what habSCUM and highlander7 were saying that the 55k a day would be achieved in a couple of months after resumption of work which I said wouldn't happen? 3rd Q now so that looks like an average of 55k a day not until way into 2022 when those clowns and Sbb were conning you all with 55k would be achieved this Summer!!!!!!!!!!

However highlander7 and habSCUM do keep making up your fantasies and BS and trying to score points over on those that have made you look morons for years as your fellow suckers really need it.

They released this today BECAUSE= New FDP agreed with BUYERS AND They must have reached agreement on terms with MNR for getting the lump of cash o/s back,Surprised they announced pre-emptively pre results next week..... Very interesting ....must have bigger news due then :) = SOLD By my figures of prodn stays in guidance and poo similar, by year end they will have well over $250m cash in hand.Expect big div and buyback ANNOUNCEMENT (prob completion of off mkt ) imo then SALE after shares in issue concentrated

The $73.3M unpaid for Nov-19 thru Feb-20 (now reduced to $70.7M) were recognized in the 2019 accounts (Nov + Dec-19 were) as having been received. This is allowed as the management persuaded the auditors that there was every expectation of the monies being received “shortly”;.

Well, here we are, almost 16 months later and the Nov-19 money has not been received. There has been a top-up agreement made, however, which seems to pay ca $2M - $3M per month (POO-dependent) towards honouring these outstanding sums.

Will that be enough for the auditors to sign off, to “recognizeR21; as they so nicely put it, the outstanding money as having been received?

Naturally Broadfraud , you cant just make an incremental jump from 44k to 55k . The plant has to be brought up slowly and carefully as do the wells to prevent reservoir damage. I would also imagine he will have individual well maintenance to carry out - hence the gradual increase in production as the completed wells come on line. All normal practice.

"We are targeting to restart the drilling of SH-13 in Q3 2021, subject to managing the continuing impact of COVID-19 on the movement of people, services and equipment."

As usual you only note the bits that you want to note.

Note the careful and qualified wording by the new guy:

"...with the increase in gross production TOWARDS 55,000bopd EXPECTED to occur in Q1 2022."

He didn't say that the increase (to 55Mbopd) would be ACHIEVED in Q1-2022, just that the output would be moving TOWARDS that number.

He has obviously had a good look at the forecasting record of his team...
