How embarrassing for David Hills of Edinburgh university and Robert Waterhouse from Better you.

You were both desperately trying to discredit me with the company not that I care but prompted the CEO to respond against you.

Dear Tony

Thank you for your recent emails together with the time you have and Sarah have spent with me over the last months explaining some of the issues that pre-date my arrival at Gulf Keystone.

Since I arrived at Gulf Keystone I have had a number of legacy issues to deal with and clearly certain matters have occurred in the past in respect of Gulf Keystone have caused you significant distress.

It is the company's policy not to monitor bulletin boards, nor is it the company's responsibility for any of the issues that are discussed and highlighted on such boards. However there is one area that clearly relates directly to Gulf Keystone and this is the unfortunate email that was sent by Anastasia Vvedenskaya to Robert Waterhouse in which she referred to you as "dangerous fantasist". Any views expressed by Anastasia in that email were her own and did not and do not represent the views of Gulf Keystone. Under my management of the company, I would not condone any such correspondence, private or otherwise, that expresses views such as this.

I would very much like to move forward from the past and look to the future and thank you once again for your continued support of the company.

Yours sincerely

Jon Ferrier

CEO

Good Morning David Hills,

I see you've run out of medication again. Don't worry the doctors open in the morning.

Getting smacked in the nose and losing nearly a million quid I suppose does affect you mentally.

Sending in all your facts and research to the CEO and him coming to the conclusion you are a bitter and twisted crank. Prompting him to write a letter to me which can be found on here and on twitter.

Highly embarrassing for you and Robert Waterhouse.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your day because I will 😃😘

Sarah, why are you obsessed with your uncle and apparently boiling over with hatred? Why do you pretend to be his wife? You were the chair of a charity, it's in the public domain. What a way to conduct yourself. Your choice, I suppose.

If the options had vested on 20th September (and treasury shares were used to satisfy them) then I think the company would have been obliged to issue a Total Voting Rights RNS to inform the markets of the change in voting rights associated with the shares issued from Treasury to satisfy the vesting options (Treasury Shares also have no voting rights).

So it looks like it is just an error in the dividend declaration RNS to me (that should in theory be corrected).

Chinese, yep that's corporate nonsense on epic scale, or it's factual and the Co is sold. ......... Remarkable really Either a horrible error that Sami should be summarily dismissed for OR It's sold :)

HCL obviously does not need to come first for any corporate transaction. Smokescreen sideshow. Interesting Monday, as either that RNS is retracted, and amended.Or it's accurate, and Treasury stock now = 0Meaning an exit event.

Agree OAP , people are in a rush understandably after 10 years but HCL has to come 1st. Buyer might wait until the Iran scare has blown over now too.

From 3 lies WOW! Shares held in Treasury do not qualify for Dividend payments.I think someone maybe looking for a new job when they realise what has happened. There is absolutely no way IMHO that they should be using the ~229 million figure for the number of shares. On the other hand it could be that a principle that have been using for the past 40 years was based on flawed thinking and they are correct. ;).............OR ITS A CHANGE OF CONTROL :)one or the other

Twitter#GKPAgree. they use full issue "o/s" to arrive at that div/share figure, not ( full issue-minus ) Treasury. So either schoolboy error hence correction needed Monday.OR all the treasury shares have now vested=change of control. TBC @Gulf_Keystone @ashurst @CelicourtComms
