01/9/2019 14:24 | Hey ex postman, we are not talking pre wipeout we are talking about how long they have had regular money. They've had all the money they required since the wipeout to progress. But they haven't because of various problems. They bragged about how fast they could get back to 40k a day. You, the ex postman told everyone at the time of the wipeout how easy cheap and fast they would get to 40/55k a day. The ESP's would be "off the shelf". Remember? The company have had regular income since 2015. Do try and get your facts correct and stop trying to rewrite history. I think you as a shareholder ought to be more concerned about the 3 wells at the top of the licence rather than putting forward a ton of BS as to why they've made no progress. We can see that the plans the company have hyped up since the wipeout have all failed. There we have the facts. | bigdog5
01/9/2019 13:00 | Tintin_ Posts: 480 Price: 237.50 No Opinion New CFOToday 12:12 Regarding the stepping down of Sami Zouari, Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Jaap Huijskes, Chairman of the Company, said, "We wish Sami well for the future and look forward to an orderly handover to his successor over the coming months". As Sami will be leaving no later than 2 December 2019, it is rather interesting no successor has been announced, 3 months into Sami's notice period. As each day passes, an orderly handover diminishes. Is this intentional? | nestoframpers

01/9/2019 11:30 | Bigdog - "I dumped this poc because I know. You reckon I should have put new money in here and supported the clowns that handed the company to the bond holders and wiped out shareholders?" -------------- Clearly someone who couldn't make an objective investment decision based on the facts and circumstances of the time . That's always been the Doggie's problem - 5 years of emotional highs based on the hysteria generated by the oil strikes . Followed by 5 years of morbid depression because his wildest dreams and expectations didn't come to pass . Hence the blindly stupid decision not to take part in the open offer abd buy at ridiculously low prices . 5 years of failure followed by another 5 years of failure . It's a dog's life | roverite12

01/9/2019 09:29 | The derampers can offer nothing to refute this whatsoever. The derampers are a busted flush, as any Private Investors that remain after all of this time are clearly hardcore & will not capitulate. Todd Kozels message to those PIs hit home loud & clear, myself included & we are long & strong to the very end. Roll on the final share price paid for THE PRIZE! | steephill cove
01/9/2019 09:24 | The truth of the matter is very clear. Major US & Swiss institutions have accumulated GKP since GEO 2018 Bahrain. Its no surprise as they have a better understanding of where THE PRIZE is heading. Their objective is to ride the GKP share price all the way to its final destination & make money off the back of the final GKP SP, which will be way north of where it currently sits. Long in the tooth Private Investors can see through the derampers jactitation to try & deny them their moment in the sun. | steephill cove
01/9/2019 09:22 | The continual derampers on this thread are all Premium ADVFN members which means ADVFN will not remove them, whilst they pay subscriptions. This allows them to say what they want. They only bad mouth the company; genuine investors in the company & make perpetual efforts to obscure & obfuscate the truth. | steephill cove
01/9/2019 09:11 | They haven't ramped up production because the new owners will.Instead they will use the huge cash headroom instead to increase takeover profits for LTH at sale.Solves the mystery of why did they need to retain so much cash, needed fund a large off mkt buybackTBC before or by 10/9. The share price will rise significantly possibly double if the buyback is 125m or so. Hence the need to split the in mkt program. The first 15m needed to be spent to secure the shares necessary to satisfy vesting options as cheaply as possible. So off mkt buyback had to be announced after this was completed (last Friday). That's why new instructions to brokers required. :) | urals
01/9/2019 08:41 | Bigdog - "Steephill, they haven't ramped up production because they have encountered numerous "issues" in endeavouring to do so. If it had been an easy job to deploy the ESP's as the ex postman/fake reverend stated 3 years ago, it would have been done way back. They had the money." Logic isn't your thing is it Sarah. So they had the money did they. What about that $600 million debt that caused the restructuring. The only "issue" that caused the delay to the field development for all those years was money and the threat of insolvency. Now that that "issue" has been resolved the field development is going ahead and by this time next year we'll be producing 55kbpd and on our way to 110kbpd. Which is why the institutions are mopping up every share they can get their hands on. It's not difficult to understand. | habshan
01/9/2019 08:27 | Here's where the Chairman told you it's imminently Sold TBA:The Company is proposing to amend the Byelaws to facilitate the execution of a market purchase of its own Common Shares for cancellation or to acquire them as Treasury Shares. The Company ONLY intends to hold them as Treasury Shares in the event they are REQUIRED to satisfy the VESTING of staff share option plans, and if they are not so required they will be cancelled. None can vest nor be REQUIRED before 2021/2 without........ a SALE :) | chinese_takeaway

If it had been an easy job to deploy the ESP's as the ex postman/fake reverend stated 3 years ago, it would have been done way back. They had the money. Gas re-injection will be both complicated and very expensive. "Or simply releasing the Permian" LOFL. You really are totally clueless and embarrass yourself with every post. Maybe the cores are in a box or possibly eaten by a Kraken. The company failed miserably when attempting drilling to the Permian with S7. It couldn't even get close. Yes, they need to improve the quality of their oil and I've said as much ages ago. Currently blending their heavy oil is messing up the better quality oil coming from another producer. But getting to it will be a major issue and massively expensive. As for it being "fought over" and protected by Perella that is complete BS. | bigdog5
31/8/2019 22:20 | Maybe the cores are kept in a shed at Parkside? You never know. Must be a good reason the Google Street view car can't get down. Blocked on request of CNPC? | 0ili0
