But Bigdog, after all of those wells had been drilled, THREE years after the completion of the appraisal programme with wells Sh5 and Sh6. After you'd had THREE years to use your vast experience to analyse the well results, the reservoir performance and everything else:-

You came to the conclusion that £40 in today's money was a great buying price and told us that you had been buying at that level.

And now you're telling us that it's now worth not much more than 40p in today's money, or ONE HUNDREDTH of what you thought it was worth then.
