I believe you're correct in that a great deal more has come to light and the links are that much clearer. Which of course has the potential to severely embarrass a lot of people and perhaps become even more serious than that. Is it possible that those connected with the company both inside and out would be able to mount a convincing argument that they "knew nothing" about what was really going on?

I understand that the "statute of limitations" that may have protected the company/officers of, is now not applicable due to the actions taken in the USA.

Let the fun and games begin eh:-)

It's been a long while where GKP investors have been expecting takeover by Christmas

The stark reality is - the fat cats got fatter while the faithful few got destroyed.

Has anyone looked at the latest court docs as I have which state that not only did Mrs Kozel #1 receive settlement via a company in the Lebanon but that also the company in the Lebanon paid a deposit for the New York apartment?

Would I be the only one to question whether this company in the Lebanon may be the same Lebanese company that received settlement from Gulf known as Etamic?

There is so much that has been wrong here that it is a travesty that the only criminal case is due to the divorce?

The Gokana Trust bought shares in the 9p placing, when Directors weren't allowed to buy shares. This trust has been claimed on numerous occasions to be Todd's trust.

For the folk that shout me or this post down, I know who has orchestrated you to do this... The question is why? Has money changed hands? Nothing would surprise me here as more and more of this farce comes to light and is attempted to be suppressed

For years you have desperately tried to be part of this company but have been rejected as some sort of crank with the CEO himself telling people you are some sort of Nut job and this is the only reason you are attacking him.

You desperately need to be recognized but have failed and are very jealous of other posters achievements so you registered an off the shelf oil company so you could call yourself the founder but it has never turned a penny and is dormant.

You have zero Oil & Gas qualifications and used to work for the Post Office

You have never stepped foot inside Kurdistan and you was sacked from the only oil related job you had.
