13/12/2016 18:55 | Lard, that's a gratis 1/4 million quid after 3 months in the job. Nonsense by any measure. Apparently he spent some time at PW, but haven't checked what he did there. I think oliver has put that rather well btw. | ![]() biggerthus
13/12/2016 18:50 | When Kozel took his awards, the company was drilling for oil , had 4 blocks and 900 million shares in issue. Ferrier arrives with Zahawi , its now a 1 block company worth duck all and even these get some.Gabriel Papineau-Legris Commercial Director 175,000 Marie Ross Legal Director & Company Secretary 100,000 Would have thought Stafford would get 30 million shares based on service to hawrmi On countryfile next sunday Adam will be showing off his new rare breed pigs ( Jon, Sami, stratford potbellied PIG ) | oliver666
13/12/2016 18:48 | YOUR SPOT ON BABY.WATCH THEM GET SHAFTED AS WELL.WOULD BE NOT A SURPRISE IS IF TODAYS RUMOUR WAS DELIBERATELY DONE BY THE BONDHOLDERS SO THEY CAN OFFLOAD. NY Boy13 Dec '16 - 16:49 - 529504 of 529523 0 1 Ignore disgruntled ones, the new wave of buyers have arrived, watch the vols rise significantly along with the share price. 13/12/2016 18:48 | "Gabriel Papineau-Legris - Commercial Director started in 9/2016, so hasn't even done 6 months probation yet, but gets 175,000 shares" BT, golden hello? Just remind me again why GKP needs a Commercial Director? | lardner23
13/12/2016 18:34 | ccr1958: one has to look at the published details of the SRP (which are not included in today's RNS) in order to get a fuller picture. Particularly regarding when the options are exercisable, what happens if GKP is taken over, and what happens if people depart without that being on "good leaver" terms. | ![]() oil_investor
13/12/2016 17:54 | I agree with you, nicebut. It's disgraceful. | lardner23
13/12/2016 17:51 | Come on Bob comment on tonight's RNS and John Stafford. After all those posts of yours. | oilman63
13/12/2016 17:45 | WildRider7: what Phillis says is simply incorrect. Subsequent to Jon Ferrier taking over as CEO in June 2015, he attended the AGM in Paris the following month and there was no suggestion that the company was "in breach of its covenants and bust in effect" as Phillis claims. You can see exactly what JF said in the various presentations, including in the AGM presentation, and in video. | ![]() oil_investor
13/12/2016 17:39 | Bob 😂😂 As you can see I am PMSL.........at you. | oilman63
13/12/2016 17:37 | joseki, GKP is just a trough for whomever is on the BoDs. It is disgusting...The amount that these guys take, despite the losses and indeed the shareholder losses. The Co is or was barely solvent yet they escape that by the skin of their teeth and continue to feast...They have`t even bought any shares themselves.... It is quite extraordinary.. | ![]() nicebut
13/12/2016 17:31 | This fooookin BOD have no shame and JF is a disgrace as Shareholders lost most of their holdings under his watch as he defaulted when their was no need to. IMO,everything that has happened has been meticulously pre planned to an already known timetable. Greedy barstewards. imo | ![]() fairenough11
13/12/2016 17:30 | Just blather Wildrider The Comppany was bust in effect and pi s got the opportunity to go from 5% to 15% Fortunate eh? Do you not agree the Company was in breach of its covenants and was bust? | ![]() phillis
13/12/2016 17:21 | Dear me, Wildrider is so indignant that I was once incredibly bullish, but in 2013 onwards changed my views. Nobody changes their mind, that's criminal right wildling? Your favourite bowler Carroll who was with you at your muppets munch can attest what I stated back then. Is he insufficient as a character witness? What makes you think there is concern when asking after you and your blind idiots over the AGM? How improper is it to suggest that since you have so much to say, you should say it when shareholders can be heard. It's weird seeing you remonstrate about that. Are you even a shareholder? Wildrider7: "Why don't you just crawl back into your whole, I think we have all sussed you out." -------- Good sussing, let me know once you find that (w)hole you're talking about. | joseki
13/12/2016 17:05 | Message there is, sod Sinopec, we're busy troughing. And those numbers of shares at new share price are disproportionate for staff retention imo. i.e. Gabriel Papineau-Legris - Commercial Director started in 9/2016, so hasn't even done 6 months probation yet, but gets 175,000 shares | ![]() biggerthus
13/12/2016 17:01 | Well done management ..£170k bonus fully deserved :-) | ![]() carla1
13/12/2016 17:00 | Surely that MP gets enough? Does he need even more incentive? | ![]() nicebut |
