I do hope that this is not connected with the email I got from a Mr Steve Jobs today inviting me to invest in his new Apple start up in Nigeria. I've already sent him a considerable sum of money.

Always a possibility of both

Anyway no matter an exclusive contemporaneous friendly protected transaction
after fulfilling a fiduciary duty
to fully market the company is allowed under Bermuda m and a law
Let's see if that's the case
Or just giving it too themselves and notes for buttons

Either way a huge buy as its either a huge multiple on exit if a contemporaneous deal in progress or just a large multiple later

Actually they probably would do less damage to your bank account than you would investing in Kurdistan.

PS my usual methodology is to create some sort of relationship by telephone with the FD

Restructure conditionality ends Dec 15

So what is the impact for acquirers if no transaction in part or full transpires pre that date?

Little or none if nobody is interested

Awful for them if there is competition as big slugs of stock are owned by
people in long pants


Interesting too see if a contemporaneous protected transaction shortly announced or something else intervenes

I'll be wanting to know why pw and the board saw fit to place such a clearly massively discounted enterprise value unless it had to be so

It has to be so IMO

It's OK Lard there was BBBS before Bob + many others , if Bob gets bumped off the train won't stop, I have been posting pics of the Zagros Fractures for years as people just do not seem to get it . Still as I say just a expensive hobby . Have you got any shares in GKP?
