thnx midasx.....gkp have formed part of my unbalanced portfolio since gadgie gave me the nod in pence....I never took any off the table at 400p and don't expect too till gkp are part of the top flight uk stocks....

He's at it with similarly negative comments over on GKP board but the ISIS issue apparently doesnt apply to GPX with its NE Syrian assets and its a safe haven investment...

'Well known', nest? I don't think so, apart from in some rat-infested alley. I have no strong opinion on either of them these days. At one point I was slightly aghast that TP hadn't got a total sign off from the Wempens, but that was years ago.

Neither TP nor JS have ever been on the BoD. They are answerable to the Board and the directors are responsible for whatever their employees have or haven't done. It's really that simple.

If there has been any skulduggery and the directors have been complicit or turned a blind eye, the directors should be the first port of call/target for unhappy shareholders. Your team's obsession with lower ranking people is weird, misguided and ultimately rather futile.

The same applies to IR. The buck stops with JF, the guy who offered a Capital Markets Day and lots of lunches.

Your well known for not liking it when TP and JS are got at Lard , why though? we PIs are nothing esp now we are 15%. All I care about is have they made a big enough slip up some where to have their collars felt ? IF so maybe some of this 'restructuring' can be unwound highly unlikely but.....However I think our buyers want all the doors firmly bolted , so that will be what happens . It's going to look bad if we get back payments and then get sold after taking a massive hit of 85%.
