If the KRG were looking for an independent audit of their oil industry, they should have appointed KPMG, the one Big 4 firm who aren't conflicted by existing IOC audits?

After all that has happened why is it so difficult for anyone to understand that this company will never be more than a convenient vehicle for BoD's to trough from and a provider of jobs?

Isn't the evidence all there what with massive salaries and bonuses which continue to be paid whilst shareholders have been "robbed" of 95% of their shares? Aimho of course.

OPEC members agree to cut oil production by 1.2 million barrels per day

Roudao - Arbil , the

current president of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries "OPEC" Mohammed bin Saleh announced gentlemen, on Wednesday, for reaching members of the organization to an agreement to cut production by 1.2 million barrels per day to 32.5 million barrels.

And begin implementation of the new agreement by early next year.

" The gentlemen "who is also Qatar 's energy minister, told a news conference after the Vienna meeting , I followed" Anatolia ", that the agreement includes 13 members out of 14 after the suspension of Indonesia.

He stressed that Russia (non - OPEC member), has pledged to cut its production by about 300 thousand barrels daily, "The conference will be held this evening to announce welcomed the decision of " OPEC ", and its pledge to cut production," he says.

The entire oil ministers and energy in the "OPEC" (comprising 14 members), just before the start of the meeting in remarks to reporters, on optimism about the possibility of reaching an agreement by the end of the meeting, which examines understandings Algeria on reducing production.

The reach members of the "OPEC" who produce their own country accounts for about one - third global production of oil, understandings on 28 September in Algeria, to reduce production to 32.5 - 33 million barrels per day, instead of the 33.8 million barrels effective.

When two companies are considering an M&A transaction, an important initial consideration is the legal structure that the transaction will take. Determining the transaction structure may be challenging as the buyer and target often have competing interests and different perspectives. The following explains some of the differences among the three most common transaction structures—asset purchases, stock purchases, and mergers.
Asset Purchases
In an asset purchase, the buyer purchases only those tangible and intangible assets—and assumes only those liabilities—that are specifically identified in the purchase agreement. Buyers often favor this structure for its flexibility. They can pick and choose the assets they wish to acquire and the liabilities they wish to assume, and leave the rest behind. Because the liabilities assumed by the buyer are specifically identified in the purchase agreement, this structure may allow a buyer to avoid contingent or unknown liabilities, although some laws (for example, environmental and tax) and certain doctrines (successor liability) may nonetheless impose liability on the buyer.
The asset purchase structure is often used when the buyer is looking to acquire a single division or business unit within a company. It can be complex and time consuming, however, due to the extra effort required to identify and transfer every important asset. While some assets, such as equipment, may easily be transferred by a bill of sale or other instrument of title, other assets, such as intellectual property or real estate, require a separate assignment or deed with different mechanics and formalities. Some assets, including many permits, are not transferable at all.
Third-party consents will often be required in order to transfer certain contracts from seller to buyer, as many contracts specifically state they are not assignable or require consent to assign. Since the process of identifying and obtaining consents may take considerable time, the parties should identify all required third-party consents at an early stage of the transaction to avoid delay at closing.

Doesn't sound much in the face of large stocks worldwide and the propensity of the terminally corrupt OPEC nations and Russia to cheat at every opportunity. It will also be, " Drill baby, drill", in North Dakota.

Won't cut it IMHO.
