Taking on debt that you knew you couldn't pay back,then restructuring the balance sheet, is a cracking way for an interested third party to gain control of the company.Maybe a reason why they haven't BID.they just bought the DEBT.So many things to unwind here yet IMO.

Who owns/hold what?Who's acting for who?Still not 100% clear.

If we end up getting all the cash that is owed,however much that is,then you can add something else to that list Re JF,WHO Defaulted purposely a year early just as things looked to be turning more positive Re Oil price,ISIS,IMF loans etc etc,as well as not being able to broker a deal of any kind,T/O--JV--Farm Out---renegotiated BONDS/NOTES etc. with a 58% WI in a World Class onshore discovery producing around 40,000bopd with the cheapest lifting costs on the planet,where the surface has hardly been scratched and we aren't even at BASE 1 yet.Instead he thought it was a good idea to give 85% of the ASSET away to City Sharks for shirt buttons,as well as paying the KRG to get rid of that millstone(lol) SA with a 80%WI in a billion barrel discovery,which is connected to Shaikan.

WOW that man has really earned his 500k a year.What skill,what business nous,what HONESTY.Where the fooook did we get him from?

The field-specific data for September sheds light on how Somo calculates Iraqi production. However, it does not provide a breakdown of Kurdish production, which accounts for much of the difference between the data cited by Somo and secondary sources.

Production from the Kurdish enclave in northern Iraq averaged 546,000 barrels a day last month, according to Somo. That figure is an estimate because the central government has not received the latest production data from Kurdish authorities, the Somo director general Falah Al Amri said last week. Somo bases its estimate on what Kurdish production was in 2013 and 2014, he said.
