29/10/2016 09:34 | Volume tiny????? No agm????? No consolidation ????? A deal IMO is in progress Subject to MNR doing the right thing This scheme protects the parties to the deal Huge buy 👍💪 | ![]() 1712notout
29/10/2016 09:27 | With the stagnation of the share price so far since oo, do we think there will be a serious consolidation ? | ![]() ccr1958
29/10/2016 09:26 | You'd be back close to your average at £1.25, 1712. Think of the averaging down possibilities when they dilute again in order to subside NOR's beloved KRG? | j0ck ewing
29/10/2016 09:23 | Huge buy😃😃 | ![]() 1712notout
29/10/2016 09:14 | When are gkp going to consolidate 1:100 so we can start shorting this bad boy again? | j0ck ewing
29/10/2016 08:43 | The volume is low because a seller can't just put 1 bill shares on the ask without crushing the share price So it will be drip fed which creates an overhang which makes the share price in a tight range. The difference with Gkp is that 85% of its equity holders are by default, given the volume it could take a long time, unless there is significant news flow | hearts1
29/10/2016 08:25 | ate/Time Subject Author 04:24 Re: Anyone noticed volume's dried up this user is in your favourites listJack Diamonds 3 UP "Maybe you could shed some light on this, with restructure completed and irreversible, who is presently capping the share price at present range? and for what reason?" Sunny35.....As with any share price it's at the current level either by Supply and Demand or it's re-rated to this level. Clearly as a result of the Restructure we are now dealing with a different animal: 1. $500M debt has fallen away. The looming repayment on this debt was the reason why the Company was effectively bust. After giving the Notes secured status, Management were trapped as they had no viable alternative to refinance. (So we are told) 2. The Remaining $100M debt repayment terms are now extended and UNSECURED. 3. The OO raised net $11M after the inflated $14M costs are taken into account. 4. The ring fenced pot of c$35M for annual interest has been removed. 5. The KRG have made a $15M gross payment to GKP, which GKP divi up as per the PSC. 6. The resulting unrestricted Cash balance is $109M 7. There was a DNO offer post Restructure 8. The Asset is unaltered and remains. Just because the Restructure transaction was carried out at .83p, and everyone is showing a 53% gain from that level, their are clearly a lot of Holders still booking an overall loss on their investment. Why would they rush for the exit now, when the Investment has changed significantly? IMO it's got nothing to do with being Locked Up, In or Out (Although that might be a credible option for some posters here) Numerous proposals were rejected Pre Restructure as none were Credible. The only thing that's changed is GKP have been financial restructured, at a significant cost to existing Stakeholders. The opportunity now exists to develop forward plans whilst keeping a strict eye on the purse strings. The oil price might move, IMF funds maybe received, Baghdad and Erbil might agree to a new budget proposal, payments might get sorted, back costs maybe paid, questions on the fields performance maybe answered......... ........a credible purchaser/farm in/JV might occur Who knows............. 28/10/2016 23:47 | Paul Carroll now suffers from dementia. He can't remember that he's already written Huge buy on the same day and previous days. He's even offering counselling for someone who's avg entry seems lower than his own, and he can't recall that they sold not bought. It's a very pathetic eventuality for him, but I reckon dementia is actually an improvement for his brain's natural state. | joseki

28/10/2016 20:56 | No, I sold at 36 after the CPR, I didn't buy at that price, I think 23 was the lowest. I currently have more shares than I have ever held. You guys seem incapable of differentiating between number of shares / value of shares. | hearts1
