roverite12: one wonders quite how the MNR could "take the asset" when GKP has zero net debt, GKP has been congratulated by the MNR on what it has achieved, GKP is due to receive arrears including BIR Back Costs from the KRG, GKP has just been paid (again) by the KRG, GKP and the MNR are finalising various matters including the PSC amendments which increase the GKP stake in Shaikan to 58% and slice the tax from 40% to 30%, MOL have part of Shaikan, and Dr. Ashti yesterday afternoon referenced the total sum due to the IOCs?

What's it going to be: "sign this document Mr. Ferrier surrendering the Shaikan PSC to the MNR, or we'll tickle your feet even more?"

"Hee hee hee, give me the pen, and I'll sign!"

Something like that?!

I doubt it- All he`s interested in is the barrels...At the expense of all else. Zero situational awareness- Hence why he comments above...

Funny he didn`t comment on my post last night about his incompetent `sauce`, who he said was never wrong.....I would contest was actually *always* wrong and never ever managed to get anything right or foresee:

XOM not taking over GKP
PSCs being handed back at vast cost
D4E
SP of a penny
Lack of flow in SA-1
Lack of flow in SH-6- Actually it did flow water
No sale of AB
No corporate action whatsoever
Late payments by MNR

Did he ever fire his `sauce` or had serious words about his abilities at `saucing`- At the very least, I`d ve had him on poor performance ......that is if they ever even existed...!! has Ha

And yes ccr1957 I just sold my shares.
