What kind of motivation/incentive does it take for the nonholdingtrollsquad to keep on posting here morning/noon/night on a share they don't hold?

CASH????Has to be some GAIN for them imo.

I hold many shares and haven't posted anything at all on most of the BBs,nevermind having the motivation to spend hours/days/weeks/months/years posting on a share I have no financial interest in.Someone would have to pay me:-)

It doesn't add up.

This shareholding can then be used as a platform for a full takeover bid for all the shares at a stated offer price. In the UK, company law provisions on DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDINGS, requiring shareholders with more than 3% of the shares in a public company to declare such shareholdings to the directors of that company, have made it more difficult to mount a dawn raid. See TAKEOVER BID, CITY CODE ON TAKEOVERS AND MERGERS.


Of course DNO (RAK) already stated that as gkp outside uk takeover code they did not as offeror have to disclose their existing gkp holdings
