Controversially I still prefer big dogs ramblings to the never ending sold tomorrow chat. How someone can consistently post 15 times a day that the company is secretly sold, sweeping takeover etc is beyond me. Every month they move the goal posts to next month. It's the real commitment to utter delusion I can't reconcile. |

Have all you gullible suckers dismissed the possibility that Baghdad and Turkey may have already agreed that they will extend the ITP contract, as they are able to do?
BP will surely have/will agree terms that will ensure they are able to get the quality oil in Kirkuk to Ceyhan otherwise why would they be interested in ramping up production there!!! And its well known that Baghdad want to revive exporting a top quality blend in order to receive top dollar.
Just a mull? |

![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) Rudaw Digital The Iraqi government has submitted a bill to parliament to receive $16 per barrel of oil from the Kurdistan Region, the Iraqi Oil Minister said. He said the Kurdistan Region must deliver at least 250,000 to 300,000 barrels of oil per day. "The Iraqi government has sent a bill to parliament, which is currently under consideration, which is related to receiving oil from the Kurdistan Region and paying $ 16 per barrel as a sulfur," Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani told official Iraqi media on Monday ." "This loan will continue until the real costs of investing in gas in the Kurdistan Region's fields, which are used for oil production, are reviewed," he said. In return, the Kurdistan Region must deliver at least 250,000 to 300,000 barrels of oil per day for export through the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO). "Oil prices are between $70 and $80 a barrel. We hope to stay at this level or rise slightly in order to provide the necessary financial resources for the Iraqi state budget," Abdul Ghani said. Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein told Rudaw's Ziad Ismail in Baghdad on the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) oil issue between the oil companies, the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Federal Government "We sent it to parliament to amend the budget law. If this text is approved, it means that the budget will change and oil can be exported again. The budget amendment bill, which had been read in the first and second readings, was blocked by Shiite lawmakers in the lower Iraqi provinces and was not voted on. "Unfortunately, there was a disagreement in the last session of parliament. I had a meeting with Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Sudani today. We discussed this issue and the prime minister will soon meet with all faction leaders to reach an agreement before the session," Hussein said If this text is included in the budget law, then the oil of the Kurdistan Region will be exported again" "I told him that it is related to the budget law. If the parliament votes on it, then the oil will be exported again," he said ". |

Well about 1/2 a million quids worth half his salary.... So that first lot was about 125,000 quids worth.. The important point is that, it's now a done deal.... Buyers would not have sanctioned actioning the stay bonus. It's effectively also a 'completion " bonus.Fill yer boots...... |
Was it not 600000 shares? Or have I misread before. Not bad work if you can get it. |
So what part of this has not been paid, do you know what his salary is ?
The proposed amendment is to allow for a one-off award to the CEO. The award will be equivalent to 100% of his current base salary and will be payable in January 2025, 50% in cash and 50% in shares, provided he is still in employment (and not under notice) at that time |
#gkp#gkptakeoverExpect further RNS re CEO holdings this week. This formed only part of the award...https://x.com/GoodnightCharl1/status/1883920901596667955?t=x39TTZQLnn8IttQwcG5eqg&s=19 |
Looks like the market doesn't think that this impasse will be sorted soon. But holding on as September isn't that far away. Well that's my feeling anyway. |
It's only part of his bonus, more to follow |
