It would not surprise me that we eventually find out that the whole pipeline issue was deliberately set up to allow some entity (or entities )to collect cheap shares. Something I have long suspected.

As an aside IF I was a potential buyer then I would want an offer accepted before the pipeline opens. For obvious reasons.
