On Tuesday, the Finance and Economic Affairs Committee of the Kurdistan Parliament called on the Kurdistan Regional Government to submit a financial statement for the first six months of 2021, adding that instead of sending its budget for the current year, it must prepare a budget for the next year.

A statement by the committee, which was seen by "Economy News", stated that it "held today, a regular meeting that touched in one of its paragraphs about the region's budget for the year 2021," noting that "after the discussion, the committee sent a letter to the presidency of the regional council of ministers asking it to prepare the budget for next year 2022 instead of From sending the budget for the current year 2021, in order to be able to send it on its legal date in the month of next October to Parliament.”

The statement explained that "the committee also demanded that the government, instead of sending the region's budget bill for the year 2021, should send to Parliament two financial statements to Parliament for the first and second halves of the current year 2021, and that at the end of the fiscal year it sends the final accounts and the financial control report to Parliament."

Total's top quality 36-39 API oil sold recently for $2pb or under.

Stands to all reasons that shaiCON's heavy 11-17 API would attract a huge discount, if anyone is desperate enough to want it which no one has in 12 years.

It doesn't appear that the "in the Industry" poster has been able to refute my numbers but has just spat his dummy out with with his usual "you're wrong" but has naff all to back up his opinion, as per usual.

If top quality oil is only priced at $2pb why would anyone want very heavy and pay 4 times as much?

Another of highlander7's views up there with "there will be no restructure, no one is concerned about flaring the gas and S9 will find the gas cap and reaching 100k a day will be fast cheap and easy", lol.

Meanwhile 1.5p has ben reached as I predicted.

I've told you before Tony, when you're developing an oil field and ferreting around thousands of feet down in the bowels of the earth NOTHING can be taken for granted.

Nobody can be SURE of ANYTHING.

What we CAN be sure of however is that in a couple of weeks we'll get official confirmation of what's what and then we'll know where we are.

Anything else is just hearsay.
