You just don't have the mental capacity to understand these things do you Bigdog.

There has been ONE CPR and that was in 2016, with three updates which are based on and relative to the numbers given in that 2016 CPR.

All that means is that if it's decided that the reserves have gone up or down by say 10 million barrels then that 10 million barrels has been added to or subtracted from the numbers given in the 2016 CPR, because that was the last AUDITED report and they are only allowed to use audited numbers.

March 2019 - "HOWEVER, GKP continues to report reserves based on the 2016 ERCE Competent Person's Report ("CPR"), the last audited assessment of reserves. A revised CPR is expected to be released following FDP approval."

And that ultra conservative 2016 CPR which was generated simply to show that the field could produce 40kbpd fot the application to join the Main Market, addresses only 25% of the area and 39% of the depth, i.e. 9.75% of the reservoir.

And we don't have 58% we have 80% and the MNR agree that any proposed adjustment to that will be value neutral otherwise it will be rejected by GKP and MOL.

So Bigdog, if your 505 million barrels of gross 2p is from only 9.75% of the reservoir then that gives 5.2 billion across the whole field, or not that far off this:-

PM Barzani Says KRG to Pay Full Salaries After Easing Financial Hardship

ERBIL — Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Sunday announced that his government will pay public servants’ salaries with no cut after easing the financial hardship it struggled with for the past two years.

In a video message addressing the nation, PM Barzani thanked the people of Kurdistan Region for remaining supportive and strong during the crisis.

Based on a decision by the Council of Ministers, the KRG had been distributing government employees’ salaries with 21% cut to cope with the budget deficit which came as the result of the pandemic and financial disputes with the federal government of Iraq.

The Iraqi government, after multiple rounds of negotiations, sent an agreed budget for the KRG this month, which PM Barzani said would be helpful to distribute the salaries in full amount.

“I hope that the federal government will keep its promise and send the budget monthly, so we will be able to distribute people’s salaries without a cut,” the Kurdish leader said.

While the Kurdistan Region is witnessing an unprecedented rise in the COVID-19 cases, the premier urged people to abide by the health guidelines and register immediately to receive the vaccines.

Shafaq News/ Public servants in Kurdistan will receive uncut salaries starting from July, the Prime Minister of the Region, Masrour Barzani, said earlier today, Sunday, in a televised speech.
PM Barzani said that the Region's Supreme Economic Council and Council of Ministers decreed today abolishing salary cuts starting from the current month.

"The Federal Government has delivered funds to Region. If it continues to fulfill its commitment, we will disburse uncut salaries," PM Barzani stated.

In the same context, a member of the Kurdistan Parliament's Presidium, MP Hemen Hawrami, said that the Council of Representatives expects good news from the KRG on the longstanding issue of public servants' salaries.

But the diagram clearly shows that they had drilled below that to 2950m & they had perforated the Permian.

And that is why there was a name plate ceremony for Shaikan 1, attended by major dignitaries.

They knew from just Shaikan 1 alone, that they had hit The Prize, when they were very nearly dealing with a major oil rig blow out ;-)
