If the field had even a fraction of what Kozel and his mates troughed on wouldn't you think someone would have bought it years ago?

If the field had even a fraction of what Kozel and his mates troughed on why is it that four separate CPR's have come out with the numbers they have?

The CPR's are what they believe they have and the latest has shown up a huge downgrade from 575m of last September. It shows a GROSS (use 58% of the GROSS cos that's what the company does) figure of 505m. So net is around 290m and falling by low 40's each day.

The Kozel numbers were exaggerated out of all proportion and simply don't exist. That has come from someone that really knows. Its why there's no reference to the BS numbers of the past.

You're only conning yourselves oh clueless ones.

Yes MrTK interesting times ahead. Nice to have the cash to buy back shares and offset any hostile shenanigans.

THEIR IS A CLEAR EXPECTATION THAT THE SHARE CAPITAL WILL CHANGE PRIOR TO THE AGM IN 3 WEEKSBUYBACK/LEVERAGED RECAPITALISATION BEFORE THEN :)This resolution authorises the Company to make market purchases of its own Common Shares. The authority limits the number of Common Shares that could be purchased to a maximum of 21,187,050 (representing approximately 10% of the aggregate issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company as at 12 May 2021) and sets minimum and maximum prices.XXXXXXXX In the event the issued share capital changes before the date of the AGM, an amendment to the resolution will be proposed at the AGM by the Chairman to reflect the updated maximum number of shares being 10% of the aggregated issued Ordinary Share capital. XXXXXXThis authority will expire at the conclusion of the AGM in 2022. The authority will be exercised only if the Directors believe that to do so would result in an increase in earnings per share and be in the best interests of shareholders as a whole. Any purchases of Common Shares would be by means of market purchases through the London Stock Exchange.

They have go ahead from last year to buy back approx 10% of shares in issue minus any buy backs since last AGM authorization. I have only returned here after several years absence so not sure if any buyback since last AGM, quick look at past RNS list I do not see any.
If passed again this year they will have same deal. In theory they could buy last years allowance between now and AGM and if passed at this years AGM buy another 10%

They have authority in place from LAST YEAR'S AGM to:1. Buyback in the market.( If they were doing that they would announce the fact)2. More interestingly, they also have the authority to buy back on any terms they like , without telling anyone....Hopefully they have used a proxy, an investment bank, to buy up a big chunk over the past 2 years....
