Net Reserves of heavy oil will be well under 300m by now. Shouldn't they follow Genel with a downgrade what with the findings at the recent wells?

Following Wisconsin Court ruling, numbers being recounted in just the one particular category, confined and physically unable to get to a voting station, Trump now has a majority of votes in the State with the recounting of this category, with that recount ongoing.
