Citing its source, Iraq’s Almaalomah agency reports that the US is expanding the Al-Harir military base in Erbil with the deployment of new missile systems.

The local source reported that the US is restoring and enhancing the military airport in Erbil, adding that US troops are expanding the Al-Harir military base with new missile systems and training platforms. All this goes to show that the US intends to stay in Iraqi Kurdistan for a longer period.

The source claims that the goal of the US is to turn the Al-Harir military base into one of the largest footholds in Iraq and the Middle East and that the new projects are aimed at expanding the airport in order to deploy more fighter jets.

The reason you're so angry about all this is because your lack of intellect means that you are unable to grasp the basics of how oilfield development works even though they've been explained to you several times before. You just cannot visualise it can you Bigdog. Your frustration is founded in ignorance and you should never have invested in Oil&Gas in the first place, it's no wonder you can't see the potential here.

Petroleum Reserves Definitions [1997]. Caps are mine:-

"Reserves may be classified as proved IF FACILITIES TO PROCESS AND TRANSPORT THOSE RESERVES TO MARKET ARE OPERATIONAL AT THE TIME OF THE ESTIMATE."

What facilities to process and transport those reserves to market were operational at the time of the ERCE estimate?

Two processing facilities with a capacity of 20kbpd each and a fleet of trucks.

Oil can only be classified as reserves if the infrastructure is in place to deal with it.

As the field is developed, more holes are drilled, the infrastructure put in place,
the reserves numbers will increase. That's what happens.

As for the bogus 44 can they prove up the Kozel barrels? Would they all like to post up their reasons why none of his barrels have been discovered? So lets see their posts and what they have to say for themselves eh.

Now then hab SHAM, why would the company announce they are targeting the lower zones and then not produce from there? Can you prove they are producing from there? Can you prove that the OWC isn't higher than they expected.

But when asked to prove your statement that the "OWC is climbing" you can't.

You're idiot friend Sarah tells us that we'll get a "hint of proof" in the update next month even though there is no such thing as a "hint of proof".
