Any signs of an Oil agreement that's been in the process of negotiation for decades?

Will the stalemate ever be fixed, most unlikely for reasons you wouldn't understand because you're clueless as to what goes on out in the "last great frontier".

The best you can hope for is a very cheap merger and losing the operatorship. The worst is that you lose the licence with the hosts pointing to lack of performance.
